Our founder and owner, Dale Wills, was speaking to an employee one day when the topic of wealth building came up. The man revealed he was frustrated. He had purchased a few Centra Homes through the company’s reduced cost homebuying plan and was renting them out making passive income. But he wasn’t building wealth as quickly as he’d like.

From that moment, Centra Capital Partners started to form in Dale’s mind.

Over the course of the next few years, Dale started working towards an investment plan where employees could invest in entire communities that Centra was building. People would be able to build wealth significantly faster without having to own a single piece of property. They would receive returns as Centra sold the homes within the developments and would get a clean and partial exit every time a home was sold.

As the company evolved, Dale realized others could benefit from this business model and today, Centra Capital Partners is open to any individual who is an accredited investor.
