David Wills

President

With a 36-year history in the management of large construction projects, David Wills is a results-oriented leader with a track record of success. In his notable career, he’s provided oversight of more than 100 structures across the globe, guiding teams both internationally and domestically in the design and construction of housing and religious structures on projects as large as 1,500,000 sq. ft. By creating opportunities for success that translate across cultural and regional norms, he’s been instrumental in the successful application of innovative business strategies for a number of organizations that work on the domestic and global scale including Westland Construction Company, Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, and Jacobsen Construction Company.

David has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Construction Management and a Master of Science degree in Technology Management from Brigham Young University and is also fluent in Spanish. He is a recognized leader in the industry known for setting and achieving expectations among his stakeholders and clients. His ability to apply evidence-based approaches and motivate teams to higher levels of performance has led to several accomplishments across his career including:

  • Being instrumental in the first, on-time completion of a temple project for a construction management firm
  • Creating a department-wide searchable database of best practices for an organization with more than 10,000 employees
  • Tripling the profit margins and doubling the team size at one of the nation’s top general contractors

As a husband and father to seven children, David believes in the love and support family provides. He loves spending time outdoors with his boys, participating in any sort of watersport and is passionate about working in his shop creating welding or woodworking projects for others.
